Maintenance and repair technician
As a Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will work alongside two technical colleagues on a daily basis to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on our extensive industrial machinery. In this way, you will actively contribute to the continuity and stability of production in our industrial laundry.
After a thorough training period, your tasks will include the following:
- You will resolve malfunctions and repair breakdowns in our fully automated production installations.
- You will analyze and correct the fully automated machines and strive for optimal production output, quality, and technical reliability.
- You will carry out preventive maintenance work to keep our entire machine park in good working order.
- You will monitor order and tidiness and report unsafe situations.
- You will work in a 'day shift' role and report to the Plant Manager.
Occasional Saturday work—including production on Saturday mornings—is part of the job and is spread across the entire technical team.

Knowledge and experience
You have a TSO (electro)mechanics degree and several years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and repair of machines.
You can draw on broad technical knowledge in the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic fields.
You can read electrical/pneumatic diagrams.
You are familiar with the use of a multimeter.
Knowledge of PLC / Logo/ Crouzet or experience in overhauling machines, pumps, and motors are strong advantages.
